Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Methods
Skydatasol E-Commerce Gold offers two delivery options at checkout:
- Post Office (Standard Tracked) - Fully tracked postal delivery. Free of charge. Available for orders of all sizes, subject to item value.
- CVIT Contractor (Dedicated Security Fleet) - Delivery by our trained Cash and Valuables in Transit operatives using dedicated, insured security vehicles. A fee of £150 applies.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Tracked (Post Office): 3–7 business days within the United Kingdom.
- CVIT Security Delivery: 3–5 business days. Our logistics team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window.
- International delivery timescales vary by destination and will be confirmed at point of order.
3. Insurance
All shipments carry full replacement-value insurance from the moment goods leave our secure vault until confirmed handover. No delivery is considered complete until a signed receipt and photographic evidence of handover has been obtained.
4. Identity Verification on Delivery
For CVIT deliveries, the recipient must present valid government-issued photo identification matching the name on the order. We reserve the right to withhold delivery if identification cannot be verified, and will arrange a re-delivery at no additional cost.
5. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our team will contact you to rearrange. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to our vault, and re-delivery fees may apply.
6. Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. No external labelling indicates the nature or value of the contents.
