Refund Policy
1. Nature of Precious Metals
Due to the nature of precious metals as financial instruments subject to live market pricing, all sales of gold bars are final once payment has been confirmed. Prices are locked at the point of payment confirmation and we are unable to accept returns based on subsequent price movements.
2. Cancelled or Unprocessed Orders
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, please contact us at gold@skydatasol.com as soon as possible. Cancellations may be possible at our discretion prior to dispatch, subject to any price movement between order placement and cancellation request.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
In the rare event that you receive goods that are damaged in transit or do not match your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will investigate promptly and, where the fault is confirmed to be ours, arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
4. Bank Transfer Orders
For orders placed via bank transfer, if we do not receive your payment within 5 business days of the order being registered, the order will be automatically cancelled. If payment arrives after cancellation, it will be returned to the originating account within 5–10 business days.
5. Cryptocurrency Orders
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a crypto payment has been confirmed on-chain and your order processed, no refund of the crypto amount is possible. In the event of an order fulfilment issue, any refund will be issued in GBP at the prevailing spot rate at the time of resolution.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer legislation.
